49ers’ Deebo Samuel Says Goodbye Amid Trade Talk: ‘SEE YOU IN JULY!’

Someone should do a quick check on 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel. We're only a little more than a month removed from his team's Super Bowl loss to the Chiefs, and he already appears to be fed up with the offseason.

He wasn't really sure what he was talking about, but on Thursday, Samuel posted a strange and clearly irritated comment on Twitter/X.

"Can we have a life after football season is over? We can travel, go out, and have fun without you 'fans' saying all this unnecessary s***. "People be buggin!!!!" Samuel wrote.

Once again, it was unclear who fans said what to get under Samuel's skin. However, he did answer with a series of exclamation points after new Eagles running back Saquon Barkley tweeted a tweet along those lines.

"Man, I tell you what, some of ya get on this app and just reach for anything," commented Barkley, who has faced criticism online for leaving the Giants and joining with Philadelphia.

Finally, Samuel declared that he would be taking a break from social media until training camp begins.

Samuel has been a topic of discussion this offseason as the 49ers try to figure out what they should do with their wide receiver position. There have been rumors that Samuel could be traded.

They have two of the top players in the game at the position, Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk, and would clearly like both to return next year.
