According to an insider, the Sixers are interested in signing a 4-time All-NBA defensive wing.  

According to NBA insider Marc Stein, the Philadelphia 76ers remain a viable destination for Los Angeles Clippers star Paul George this offseason.  

The reason: George and the Clippers have yet to reach an agreement on an extension more than two months after Kawhi   

Leonard accepted less money in order for the franchise to keep both George and former Sixers star James Harden.  

According to league insiders, Philadelphia remains an enthusiastic George suitor should he hit the open market and offer the 76ers  

Stein said in his substack newsletter on March 20.   

The Sixers are rumoured to have interest in George, despite the widely held assumption that he and Leonard  

George, a nine-time NBA All-Star and four-time NBA All-Defensive Team member  

For his ninth All-Star season, George, 33, is averaging 22.3 points, 5.3 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 1.6 steals on a shooting split of 46/40/89.
