Beetroot and carrot smoothie

When I made the decision to become a little more daring by incorporating more vegetables into my smoothies,

I decided to try out this beetroot and carrot smoothie as my first attempt at a red smoothie recipe.

I was already aware that carrots are a great complement to other fruits, 

such as apples and pears, when they are juiced. After that,

I began experimenting with different ingredients in my baking, such as chocolate and beetroot tastes.

The addition of beetroot to your diet may be accomplished in a variety of different ways, 

and smoothies are just one of the many simple methods to do so.
