Deion Sanders shares concerns about Shedeur Sanders

Colorado head coach Deion Sanders will have the opportunity to coach his son, Shedeur Sanders, for another year after Shedeur chose to return to school rather than enter the 2024 NFL Draft.

However, if Shedeur eventually declares for the 2025 NFL Draft, it appears that his father will be heavily involved in his draft process.

Deion Sanders spoke on SiriusXM Mad Dog Radio with Chris Russo on Friday to talk about the prospect of the Chicago Bears selecting Caleb Williams with the first pick in the draft.

Sanders made it obvious that he likes Williams as a prospect, but he is concerned about his ability to play in cold conditions, which he would undoubtedly require if the Bears choose him.

"Let me tell you something that I have a problem with," Sanders told Russo, as reported by Pro Football Talk. "And this kid can flat-out play; I believe he is the best player on the board this year.

A kid who has been coming from California for the past few years, correct? And traveled to Oklahoma. That's not very cold. Chicago is freezing, man.

When taking on a young man, you have to consider such things. For example, when you take a guy from Ohio State and bring him to Chicago, I can understand it.

But from California to Chicago? Not only that, but they added what? One or two more NFL games.
