Green tea vs. coffee: Which is better for your health?  

Coffee and green tea share many similarities, including potential cognitive benefits and weight loss, but they also have distinct advantages and disadvantages

Coffee has a variety of health benefits, including perhaps lowering the risk of chronic disease, improving exercise performance, and improving metabolism.
