HOW TO MAKE CHIA PUDDING

Chia pudding is a creamy, delicious, and nutritious breakfast or snack that is conveniently available. 

It's not only simple to create, but it's also completely customisable with a range of fruit flavors!

Many of you know that I enjoy overnight oats for breakfast. But there's no disputing that chia pudding will always be my favorite healthy breakfast option.

I've been making chia pudding for over a decade (as shown in my YouTube video below), and I keep the recipe interesting by continuously altering the toppings and tastes. 

Chia pudding is ideal for a quick supper or on-the-go snack that is surprisingly satisfying. 

It also emphasizes my favorite strong and nutrient-dense little chia seeds, which are impossible to resist.
