I made the decision to make changes this year, and I've picked up five new habits that are really beneficial to me.  

I'm thrilled that I've been able to lose 45 pounds this year and that I'm maintaining the weight loss.  

Portion control comes first. We have something called TLM, which is similar to a diet, in Bolivia.   

"Traga la mitad" is what it stands for, meaning "eat half."  

It is the most difficult diet to follow because there are no restrictions on what you can and cannot consume.  

It is: Eat half of whatever you want to eat.  

I divided the first half between two plates  

it turns out that I'm rather content after finishing the first part.   

I have enough food for now. I used to feel pressured to finish the extra food on my plate because it was there.  

If you are experiencing very low moods or have complicated melancholy causes, get treatment from a therapist.
