When it comes to the upcoming last season of Yellowstone, Josh Lucas is giving his thoughts!

In several flashback sequences, he plays the younger version of John Dutton, who is played by Kevin Costner.

In a recent interview, Josh discussed the contents of his knowledge of the final season, as well as whether or not he would be willing to star in a spinoff prequel that would center around his character.

"A couple of months ago, I texted [creator] Taylor Sheridan, and his response was, 'Absolutely, we're going to finish this with ten episodes or so,'"

the actor said in an interview with Et. I am aware of the same things that you are,

but I believe that we have ten episodes left to complete the series, and I can't wait to get started on it.

Josh was really receptive to the notion of starring in his own spinoff of the show when he was asked about it.
