The Cleveland Browns signed Jameis Winston to a one-year contract on Wednesday. He promptly went to work.
A fan shared a video of Winston snapping a picture with Browns center Luke Wypler at the team's gym. He's dressed in a sports coat and khakis for an initial press conference.
Some supporters overlooked Winston's troubled past to appreciate a football player who appears to enjoy the game.
"Jameis is getting the business attire snaps," a fan wrote. "Jameis is out of control, man," observed Jordan Zirm of Sporting News.
"Jamies is already a Browns legend," one fan remarked. "It's already working. "We found something," one enthusiast stated.
The Browns will now have two quarterbacks on their roster who have been accused of sexual assault.
A woman accused Winston of raping her at Florida State in 2012. Winston and Florida State both settled lawsuits filed against them.
Winston also reached a settlement with an Uber driver who accused him of touching her in 2018.
