Normani Announces "1:59" Featuring Gunna From Forthcoming Debut ‘Dopamine’

Normani's Dopamine era will begin next month with a new track.

The 27-year-old former Fifth Harmony singer has revealed that her new single "1:59" will be released on April 26.

. According to Billboard, the track will also feature a guest verse from Gunna.

"Soo basically my first single 1:59 will be coming out 4/26," tweeted the singer on X (previously known as Twitter)

Normani also posted a preview of the song on her Instagram and TikTok accounts, where she can be heard singing, 

When I get you alone, boy, what you gon' do with this? / Don't talk too much, just do this shit."

The teaser appears to include an interpolation of the song "Now That We Found Love

originally released by The O'Jays but later made famous by Heavy D & the Boyz in 1991.

"1:59" is set to be the first single from Normani's often-delayed debut album, Dopamine. 

Although the singer released the album's title and cover art last month, neither she nor RCA Records have confirmed a release date
