Runny Chia Seed Pudding

To make a runny chia seed pudding, you'll need:

Ingredients:

– 1/4 cup chia seed – 1 cup milk of your choice (almond, coconut, dairy, etc.) – Sweetener of your choice (optional), such as honey, maple syrup, or stevia

Ingredients:

– Flavorings such as vanilla extract, cocoa powder, or fruit (optional) – Toppings such as fresh fruit, nuts, or granola (optional)

In a mixing bowl or jar, combine the chia seeds and milk. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed in the milk.

If you're adding sweetener or flavorings, mix them in now.

Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then give it another stir to prevent clumping.

Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight. The chia seeds will absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like consistency.

Before serving, give the pudding a good stir. If it's too thick for your liking, you can add a bit more milk to reach your desired consistency.

Serve the pudding with your favorite toppings, such as fresh fruit, nuts, or granola.
