Simple and Delicious  Chia Pudding  

– 1/4 cup chia seed – 1 cup almond milk (or any other milk of your choice)

Ingredients: 

– 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness) – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for flavor)

Ingredients: 

In a bowl or jar, mix together chia seeds, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract (if using). 

Stir well to combine all ingredients. 

Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken. 

Once the pudding has thickened to your desired consistency, give it a good stir. 

Serve chilled, topped with your favorite fruits, nuts, or seeds if desired.
