Zarco examined the back wheel that Honda factory MotoGP cars cannot use.

Concurrent with HRC's beginning of the executive-level restructuring process last year, the 2024 RC213 version's development has expedited.

 

There is no doubt that there are more new components for testing now, 

 

and a plan has been put forth with active participation from the test structure with Stefan Bradl and LCR with Johann Zarco and Takaaki Nakagami.

 

Bradl was testing at Jerez prior to the Losail opening day of the 2024 season. 

 

Among the assortment of novel parts that the German examiner examined, 

 

 a Marchesini rear wheel was notable due to its dissimilarity from OZ, the supplier of HRC's factory team.

 

Motorsport.com is aware that Mir and Marini are currently unable to use this in MotoGP due to this situation.

 

Zarco did use that wheel whilst riding, but just during third practice on Saturday morning in Qatar.
