A tried-and-true dinner that never fails to impress and satisfy your appetites is exactly what you require at this very moment. You are at the right place if you are seeking a supper that you can rely on, and this is exactly what you require.

Today, we are going to make meals according to the style of Chinese delivery, and we are going to do it from the convenience of our own homes, neighbors!
Not only is the preparation of this dish quick and simple, but the flavor of it is so delicious that it will make your mouth water immediately. In addition to being simple to comprehend, this recipe is also simple to put together.

For the purpose of putting this into perspective, I have come across a number of recipes that are currently being shared on the internet. The bits of beef and broccoli that are used in these dishes are encased in a coating of “brown sauce.” To speak for myself, I would have absolutely no interest in that at all.

While there are many components of the dish that I appreciate, the sauce is not one of my favorites. I do enjoy other aspects of the dish. I have a lot of respect for the many components. The rice must be coated with and mixed with an appropriate quantity of the components in order for the dish to be considered done. This is a prerequisite for the dish to be considered finished.

At the moment, there are two basic procedures that we carry out in order to accomplish the goal of achieving a flavor that is considered to be “authentic” Chinese takeout.
The utilization of chicken stock powder is a piece of advice that has the ability to be quite beneficial from a variety of perspectives. A sort of taste that is utilized rather frequently in Chinese cuisine is chicken stock powder. This is because chicken stock powder is a type of flavor. On the other hand, despite the fact that it possesses a flavor that is both opulent and delectable, it possesses a salinity that is comparable to that of salt. An excellent choice for use as a seasoning in stir-fried dishes, like the beef and broccoli combination that we provide as an example of what may be cooked with this ingredient,.

Velveting meat is a technique that is utilized in Chinese cuisine during the entire cooking process. The purpose of this technique is to preserve the naturally occurring fluids and moisture that are present in the meat as it is being cooked. Through the utilization of the velveting process that is carried out on meat, this procedure is utilized.

Before carrying out this method, it is customary to require a pre-coating of the meat using oil, egg white, and corn starch. This is done in order to ensure that the meat is properly prepared. This action is taken in order to make the process easier to complete. Following a brief period of sautéing in a heated oil bath, the beef chunks are then stir-fried until they reach the desired level of tenderness. The process of frying the meal comes next after this step has been completed.

The flesh that is produced using this approach is very silky, silky smooth, and delicately soft. This is because of the process that is undertaken. In addition to that, it could not be simpler or smoother.

Additionally, the overall flavor, in addition to the look and the taste, is going to leave you in a state of profound astonishment in its entirety.

In the event that you are interested in preparing beef and broccoli in the oven, the following are some useful tips and suggestions:
After you have finished preparing the piece of steak, you should conclude the preparation by patting it down with a couple of rolls of paper towels. After that, you should move on to the next step. Before moving on to anything else, you need to make sure that this is completed. The elimination of any moisture or liquid that may have been left behind from the meat is something that we want to make sure is done, as this will prevent the oil from splattering throughout the subsequent processes. We want to make sure that this is done.

Because we are going to stir-fry the broccoli once more, we anticipate that it will have a certain degree of crunch. This is because we are in the process of preparing it. The broccoli should be blanched for a duration of only one minute, as this is considered to be the recommended method. In order to ensure that the sauce is produced properly, it is imperative that the corn starch combination is not added in its entirety. It is possible that the sauce will transform into a gelatinous material if you do this. After you have added the mixture to the pan, it is essential to stir it so that you can ensure that you have only put in one tablespoon of the mixture. In the event that it is necessary to include it, you should absolutely do so.

On the other hand, in addition to that, you need to make sure that you do not overlook the fact that you should begin the process of making rice right in the background! If you decide to prepare this recipe at home, we would be thankful if you would snap a picture of it and tag us in it on Instagram. We would also appreciate it if you would show us the picture. One of our favorite things to do first thing in the morning is to look at pictures of the food that you have prepared. This is one of the things that we enjoy doing the most every morning. We would be grateful if you could make us happy; it would be preferable to a cup of coffee first thing in the morning, heh! We would appreciate it if you could make us happy.

Prep Beef & Broccoli

  • Pat the piece of beef down with a few paper towels – get rid of excess moisture (that way, it doesn’t splatter when you fry it later). Then cut the piece of beef into thin strips.
  • Take out a mixing bowl. Place in 1 Egg White, Starch Powder (2 Tablespoons), Black Pepper (few shakes). Stir it together until it turns into a slurry. Then we will add-in a total of 3 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil. However, add in only 1 Tablespoon at a time. Give it a stir and repeat until you add all 3 Tablespoons of oil.
  • Then mix-in the meat pieces. Set it aside and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
  • Cut a head of broccoli into smaller florets. Don’t forget about the stem – slice the upper portion of the stem into thin pieces as well.
  • Bring a pot of water up to boil. Once its boiling, blanche the broccoli for exactly 1 minute. Then immediately strain and soak in very cold water. Then strain and shake off excess water – set aside and let it drip off excess water.
  • Make brown sauce: Mix Soy Sauce (1 Tablespoon), Sugar (1 Tablespoon), Oyster Sauce (1 teaspoon), Chicken Stock Broth Powder (½ teaspoon), Water (3 Tablespoons).

Fry Beef First

  • Place ½ a cup of vegetable oil into a pot or wok. Once it turns hot, carefully add in the beef strips – add one at a time. Flip and fry until the pieces are cooked on both sides. Then take out each one and place onto a plate.
  • Now, discard the oil from the frying pan. Thoroughly wipe out any leftover oil with a paper towel.
  • Before we get to stir-frying, let’s make the starch water mixture. Mix 1 Tablespoon of Starch Powder with 2 Tablespoons of Water.
  • Now its time to stir-fry: Add in Vegetable Oil (2 teaspoons) to a wok or frying pan. Once it gets hot, add in the Minced Garlic (½ teaspoon) & Minced Ginger (½ teaspoon).
  • Once it starts to sizzle in the oil, immediately add in the Broccoli, Beef Pieces and the Brown Sauce. Stir-fry it around, so all the ingredients get covered in the brown sauce.
  • Then give your starch mixture another quick mix. Place in one spoonful and stir-fry. This should start to thicken-up the sauce. If you need more, add in more spoonful. Stir-fry for 10-15 seconds.
  • Turn off heat. Serve over rice – and enjoy life!
